Sarah Fearn

Lancashire Mind Trainer

Interests

"I began my career in HR, and have held several senior HR roles before moving towards specialising in supporting business to improve employee wellbeing and inclusion.

In addition to HR, mental health and wellbeing I have a strong understanding of neurodiversity; an umbrella term for cognitive differences such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dycalculia, ADHD and those on the autistic spectrum. I have been a member of Exceptional Individuals steering board, an organisation which helps neurodivergent people into long term paid employment. I am adept at advising businesses on inclusive, fair, and legally compliant working practices, which balance ethical considerations with business needs. - I'd go as far as to say it is one of my passions!"
