Ceri Hodgkiss

Ceri is an experienced mental health trainer who combines professional knowledge with lived experience to deliver authentic, impactful learning. She works with organisations across a range of sectors to increase mental health awareness, develop supportive workplace cultures, and strengthen confidence in responding to emotional distress and suicide risk. Her training style is engaging, relatable, and grounded in the belief that honest conversations can change lives.

Ken Hall

Ken Hall is an experienced learning and development professional, mental health instructor, and leadership facilitator with over 15 years' experience designing and delivering training across the UK and internationally. Specialising in mental health, wellbeing, leadership, coaching, and personal development, he combines evidence-based approaches with practical, engaging learning experiences that drive meaningful change. As an accredited MHFA England Instructor and Suicide First Aid Instructor, Ken is passionate about helping individuals and organisations build resilience, confidence, and sustainable wellbeing.

Olivia Hamilton

Olivia is an experienced trainer of almost a decade, specialising in topics relating to wellbeing, including mental health, neurodiversity, and suicide prevention. Olivia combines her professional qualifications with her lived experience to offer unique and engaging sessions. Olivia prides herself on taking complex and emotive topics and transforming them into simple and sensitive sessions. What makes her approach distinctive is the combination of professional expertise and personal lived experience. With a background spanning emergency services, psychiatric care, and frontline support work, Olivia also draws on her own recovery from mental ill-health.

Yaskin-Kate (YKP) Pattison

Hi. I'm Y-KP. I am passionate about Mental Wellbeing, supporting individuals to have the tools to recognise their own potential and look after their mental, emotional and physical health both in the workplace and in everyday life.

My career background spans over 26 years working in retail, luxury, hospitality and senior corporate roles, and after a mid-life career pivot, I now deliver Mental Health First Aider (MHFAiders®) training, Suicide First Aider training, and Neuroinclusivity in the workplace training.  

My experience working in the field with clients across varied sectors over the last 12 years from construction, to social housing, engineering, technology and design has given me a rich and diverse approach.
