Description

This course blends HR and employment law considerations with best practice employee mental health support. It explores the business case to support employees, the most relevant employment law in relation to mental health, how Wellness Action Plans could be applied by a manager/supervisor and how we might apply workplace policies or procedures to different wellbeing case studies. It also focuses on building confidence in having conversations around mental health and self-care for mental wellbeing.
